Crack Repair & Sealing
Seal cracks before they let water into the structure.
Central & South Mumbai
Colaba and Cuffe Parade sit at the southern tip of the city, with the sea close on almost every side. We waterproof old stone and masonry buildings off Colaba Causeway, the high-rise towers of Cuffe Parade and the commercial premises in between.
About Colaba & Cuffe Parade
Salt-laden wind is the constant here. It breaks down paint, sealants and window putty faster than anywhere inland, and when steel inside the concrete starts to rust, it swells and pushes the plaster off — which lets in more rain. Many repairs start with treating that corrosion, not just the leak.
In the older low-rise buildings the trouble is usually at the top: parapets with open joints, terrace outlets that block every monsoon, and rainwater pipes that overflow into the walls.

If the steel inside the concrete is rusting, it keeps swelling and pushing the plaster off. The rust has to be cleaned and treated, the concrete rebuilt with a repair mortar, and the wall finished with a coating that keeps salt and water out. Patching the plaster alone doesn't last.
Yes. On sea-facing buildings these edges are often the first to spall. We remove the loose concrete, treat the exposed steel, rebuild the edge and seal it so rainwater runs off instead of soaking in.
