As early as possible — ideally at design stage, and certainly before excavation. Basements can't be waterproofed from the outside once they're backfilled.

Yes. We coordinate with your contractor's programme and the other trades so our work isn't damaged after it's installed.
Do you provide specifications?
Yes. We can write a waterproofing specification for your consultant, or work to theirs.
