Keep tenants, stock and operations dry, with minimal disruption.
Central & South Mumbai
Mumbai's old business district runs from the stone buildings of Fort, Ballard Estate and Kala Ghoda to the office towers of Nariman Point and Churchgate. We waterproof offices, banks, shops, institutions and the residential buildings in between.
About Fort & Nariman Point
Many buildings in Fort are well over a century old, built in stone and lime with flat terraces, and several are heritage-listed. Water usually gets in at the top — through terraces, parapets and blocked downpipes — and old masonry needs breathable materials that won't trap moisture inside the walls.
At Nariman Point and Churchgate the problems belong to later construction: large flat roofs crowded with equipment, basements on reclaimed land near the sea, and facades exposed to the wind off the bay.

FAQ

Usually, yes. Roof and terrace work can carry on during the week without disturbing the floors below, and noisy or dusty work inside can be moved to weekends or after hours by arrangement.
